Reservation Process

Welcome To Exhibitor Space Reservations for the 2016 Sweets & Snacks Expo!  When you select your booth and complete the reservation online you will receive a confirmation email that your space reservation is pending, and the booth will be placed on hold. Once we approve your reservation you will receive another email confirming the reservation. Please note that if you are paying by check it must be received within 7 business days or the booth will be released.

Please note: If your company is a supplier to confectionery or snack manufacturers (for example, if your products are packaging, machinery, merchandising displays, labeling machines, etc.) the Merchandising Solutions Center is sold out, and we can no longer accommodate these types of companies.

General information about the space sales process:

Payment Amount:  100 percent is due with your reservation (credit card, check or wire transfer).
Space rates:  The per square foot rates have increased for 2016: NCA Member: $35.00; Non-Member $48.00, Snack products/cookies  $39.00

By reserving space you have agreed to abide by the Terms of Application and the Display Rules and Regulations for the show.  Please note that there are rules governing every type of booth configuration and it is your responsibility to be aware of any restrictions and construct your booth accordingly. Special Note: if you are reserving space in Skyline Hall, booth numbers 6,301 through 7,214, this hall will open 30 minutes earlier than West Hall on Tuesday and Wednesday.  In addition, please consult with Freeman before planning to hang a sign as due to the ceiling height this may be cost prohibitive.
